Introducing . . . "Yahtzee"!

I am pleased to introduce you to "Yahtzee", a 9 week old, male, black labrador retriever.  Yahtzee is a certified PADS dog (Pacific Assistance Dogs Society) who is in the beginning stages of his training process.  I have the privilege of being one of his certified volunteer 'puppy raisers' for the next 2 months before he moves to the Okanagan for the rest of his training.  "Yahtzee" will be attending the occasional Day 2's with me as he learns the ropes of what it's like in our exciting high school environment.  Thank you for helping him learn and grow!  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email me at mscoopermcmath@gmail.com.

Welcome PACIFIC ASSISTANCE DOG SOCIETY Puppy in Training

Welcome the newest member of our class, a PADS (Pacific Assistance Dog Society) puppy-in-training!  Over the past 10 months, I have been volunteering with PADS to become a certified BC Service Dog Trainer/Handler (2016 BC Public Access Law).  I am grateful for the support of the McMath Administration in allowing me the opportunity to train a future service dog while at school.   It will be a terrific learning opportunity for the puppy, myself and my students.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me mscoopermcmath@gmail.com
