Grade 8's. I hope you get the chance to eat, sleep, play and repeat over Spring Break. Also, keep in mind that you will need to select a book of your choice to read in class, complete various activities and do an independent novel project on during April/May. It should be a novel that interests you, one that you have not read before (either in elementary school or individually) and one that is slightly challenging (in terms of language, topics, or genre). Check around your house for one, your local library, a local bookstore or on-line too. Below are a couple of links you might find useful for finding a suitable novel.
